I work at this fast food store(the one with the W), as a cashier taking orders from customers and because of my good English skills(I'm an inmigrant) I was promoted to the drive thru call center of the company, everything went well for a couple of weeks, I had no complaints(all of those would be documented). Then one day they added a new store for the call center to take it's drive thru orders, and for what I think were technical problems(everything it's done through internet phones); because of the first day we were operating for that store, customers "supposedly" could't understand my words through the speaker, but the co-owner of the franchise was complaing that he wanted all operators to speak "English"(I did spoke clear English to every customer) so he wanted me to leave right at that moment, his reaction felt so wrong and discriminatory, also there was always someone on the other end of the phone interfering with the call(maybe him), and to finish I never got my salary raised.

Only if YOU can PROVE IT!!! If your spoken English is as good as your written English, noone should have had a problem. Everytime I go thru a Drive-Thru Window and Order the Cashier Always sounds bad, they spend thousands of dollars on the system and a Nickel for the Speaker! If a Car Speaker sounded that bad you'd return it!

This sounds very suspicious to me. If you speak like you write, your English is pretty darned good. It doesn't sound like there was any problem prior to this. Discharging you immediately is more than harsh, too - usually companies will give you a warning at least...unless you do something drastic. Doesn't sound like that was the case. If I were you, I'd talk to the co-owner. If you get no satisfaction there, speak to the owner...and go above his head if necessary. There are plenty of immigrants (who can't speak a lick of English) working at fast food restaurants. I find that to be unfair to the predominately English-speaking customers. If you were promoted, you obviously have good English skills. Sounds really, really fishy to me -- you have a right to press it further.

discrimination has to be for a protected reason, race, sex, maybe sex orientation, nationality and age.

Other than the protected areas, they can discriminate legally,
If they only warned you, I don't see the issue, did they warn everyone ? And in life you are going to get warned about alot of things you don't do, I don't see a legal case

It may or may not be discrimination, but you have certainly been treated unfairly if the info above is all there is to it. There may be a community legal office that can give you initial advice.
