I have received a great job in the town my boyfriend lives in. His ex-wife has been having him watched and now that she has found out that he has a girlfriend, she has me being watched as well. She is even asking about my 11 year old son. Which is a big issue with me. I am very protective of my son. Now that I am moving up there this lady has been telling the town that he is moving in with me. He is not because he has a place of his own. An if he was, it is none of her business what we do. So tell me what you think the best answer to this would be.

Well, you should make a police report immediately. It sounds to me that she is invading your privacy.

I would contact the local police and talk to them. My concern would be my child's safety, first and foremost.

This guy's ex sounds like a loose cannon and I would be extremely careful. A restraining order might be in order, but it may be difficult to obtain if she has directly threatened you - yet. She seems to have a really obsessive/possessive issue with your boyfriend (creepy!!)

Do the absolute best you can to be sure that she gets no information about you or your son - or absolutely as little as possible.

the best way to deal with is, to try and stay away and not comment about it. But if your bf is talking with his ex, maybe he needs to set some things straight right? This lady is a bit psycho dont you think??

You need to sue her. If she has a warrant to have you watched for some crime you commited, so it be. but this is a violation of you being personal, and her being obsessed over your boyfriend is no excuse. this woman needs to go to court.

if she is actually coming into contact with your son or even calling him, get a restraining order.
