I liked this guy. I think he over me (from earlier this year). But a couple weeks ago, This girl is all over him and flirting. What should I do?

You all have to remember i am in high school still. He used to like me a couple months ago, but i couldn't date then (house rule). And now I want to date him, but that stupid chick is all over him!

You should do nothing. That will catch his attention for sure since he will be thinking 'why isn't THIS girl all over me and flirting?' He will be coming over to you soon.

It's a big world sweetie and he's not the only guy. But unless he's still feeling u, then u mayu have a chance.
Now about the girl who's all over him, does he seem to enjoy her being all over him? because if he likes her all over him u may have to move on to another guy who doesn't have another gilr attacted to him
This kind of thing happpen to someone I knew, she liked this guy but because she couldn't have a boyfriend until she reached a age her mom thought was ok for her to date, he ended up with a friend of her's and they had a son together. It hurt her for awhile but she moved on to another guy
So like I said he's not the only guy if it turns out he likes the other girl.

Nothing, for the time being.
You don't even know if he likes you, so you obviously do not have a relationship going on.
If you like him and want him to notice you, make sure he gets a chance to say "hi" back to you when you (first) say hi to him and then get a conversation going. DON'T resort to tacky behaviour by being "all over him". That is not attractive and looks pretty slutty to any observer. He should be embarassed by it.

Maybe approach him as a friend to do something. don't use that flirting approach like the other girl. it won't lead to a solid relationship. Let him know you're around though.
