All that's missing here is the preface "once upon a time". The only effective method is to become an insurgent asset and mass protest. Good luck.

Petitions won't work. Mass demonstrations like the ones during the Viet Nam War will.

I'm not a Canuck but I would have signed.

In the US, disagreement has become equated with disloyalty. It's been an effective tactic for suppressing dissent. It's taken several years for people to start actually thinking about what has been alowed to transpire, & even then there is alot of prejudice & my-way-or-the-highway kind of thinking to overcome.

bring them home for how long? Why don't you support your troops and let them finish their mission as they have been asking you to do? They are not stupid, they know the score a hell of lot better than you do. Your little protests are just making their jobs harder and your emboldening the insurgents and getting our guys killed. Think about your actions.

because i don't want to stop the war...besides your petition is just that...a petition...not a right or law or anything else other than your stated opinion about a certain topic...nothing more than words...

petitions won't do any good. millions want it over and our guys back, but bush and the government doesn't care. they are sending more over in fact. congress as much whimps as they are don't really care as not one of them have their kids over there.

I didn't vote for the folks who sent em there.

I WILL try to vote for folks who will bring them back and not start too many wars.

Not my problem I think.

I'm too poor to pay taxes so you can't blame me there either.
