Don't ask me about Genetics ! Just cuz I work in a Hospital doesn't make me a Doctor.
God indeed made Woman from Man, but ever since then, we Men have come from Women. Would that solve the Genetic question ? About the sex of a child, I seem to remember something about the father's Genes being the deciding factor in determining the sex of the Baby. Yes ?

The "missing piece" is there in women, but in men it becomes external, and somewhat turned inside out. Function and use changes as chromosomes alter placement and growth.
Not to mention, it was human beings that labeled the XX and XY chromosomes. What if we got it wrong!?

XY and XX chromosomes are only names given by science to diffrenciate male and female chromosomes
