So I saw a program on the telly the other day about the Rapture.
Apparently, at any moment, Christians around the world just disappear! Yes, that's what I thought too; Heaven on Earth! But no, apparently we then have a finite amount of time to repent until the Devil claims the Earth and all the souls still upon it, or something. I'm not that clear on the details.

Anyway, my question is; were this to happen, is the possibility there for me to bargain with ol' Nick, and maybe become, say, a demon in his vast army?
'Cos that would be great.

Edit; "... Christians around the world [could] just disappear".

Edit: You people aren't answering my question. I want to be a Demon, rise through the unholy ranks and storm the gates of Heaven themselves. Can this happen or not?

I don't want to be the demon I am, I want special powers. :)

If you just wait a while I'm sure Simon Cowell will come up with a show where people audition for a place in Satan's army of demons. After all they've tried everything else!
Maybe they could call it 'False Idol'?

The soon second Advent of the Lord is very well coming. He will come to earth, and rise the dead to the Holy Place, and then he will take those that are his. (You are his if you have confessed your sin, and believe in your heart that he is the son of God.). After the second Advent, a great tribulation (a time of trouble will hit the land as it has not been since the time of Noah). This period of trouble will last seven years.

At the cost of sin, you will be paid death. But at the cost of Jesus, you are saved.

After this time of trouble, the Devil will rule over the earth for 1000 years. (1000 years = 1 day in heaven )

After the 1000 years, the Heavens and Earth will be wiped anew. A new heaven and earth will be formed for those that are his. Those that are not his, will be cast into the lake of burning sulfur (hell).

P.s. These things are to come and can not be changed. You will be given the truth, if you do not accept it before the second Advent of Christ, you WILL be left on earth, and be here for all of the woeful times that are to come. (much worse than now). You will have not "special powers", and you will not be a demon. The devil will rule, and destroy, and kill. He will have no room for you to lead crusades. God will bring those that have known him to him, and to those that reject him will be put to justice. There is no possibility that you will be an warrior, unless you are the one to kill these innocent people that still have an chance by holding the word of God to truth, I hope this further answers your question. Although, I catch from the voice of you that you will not heed the warning. The devil shall kill and destroy, but God and the Holy Angels will destroy those that do. Would you not rather be in God's vast Army. I pray that you will recieve God's blessing. I pray you to the Lord. Amen.

You are not a "demon", and you will be given no special powers by the devil, nor any other impure being.
Jeremiah 29:11, The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run to it and are safe.

The rapture story you heard is a myth. I think you know that. Should the myth become reality, make sure you pick the right side. Demons will only fight a losing battle. You can become a much greater creature when peace and righteousness are on your side.

When you bargain with the prince of lies, your gonna get jibbed. But each to his own.

I hear this a lot, one of the most asked questions on here!

Rev Darby.
Rapture 1830 was formulated

The story goes that a woman was sick and delirious, Darby was at her bed side, she rambled and WA la the Rapture doctrine is formed. Spread like wild fire.

Don't you believe it!

There is a time at the END when Christ returns to earth the set up his kingdom that the faithful will be transfigured and rise to meet him and descend back to earth with him.
BUT the rapture says you will fly away from the anti-Christ with Christ to heaven. BS!!!!
We are here to be tested

Ezek 13
20 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly , and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly .
21 Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

The answer to you question is no. you won't be a demon. But if you keep being cynical towards Jesus and the devil you'll regret it. Hell isn't a nice place my friend.
By the way DON'T BE A PRAT ALL YOUR LIFE.

I don't believe that people going to be left behind

All that on earth at the End Times will see and go through it, God would of warned his "believers" not to take the mark of the beast if we wasn't going to be here to see the anti christ.

My thoughts, but read the bible for yourself.

I think satan will allow you to continue being the demon that you are, but I wish you would convert. God is love.

The 'rapture' is unscriptural

Be very careful what you wish for, you might live to regret it
