Oh, and for rrrevils.........Tennessee and Nevada have naval bases, and they are definitely land-locked my friend..........not to count the numerous other naval bases that don't have access to coastal waters.

If there is it would be an Aviation or reserve base. Most true Naval bases are along the coast and supply shipping. But It could be a Naval reserve or Aviation base in Arkansas...

No, there are no bases here. Only Army/Reserves/National Guard and Air Force
