No, there isn't.
Oh, and for rrrevils.........Tennessee and Nevada have naval bases, and they are definitely land-locked my friend..........not to count the numerous other naval bases that don't have access to coastal waters.

If there is it would be an Aviation or reserve base. Most true Naval bases are along the coast and supply shipping. But It could be a Naval reserve or Aviation base in Arkansas...

I live in Arkansas, and I'm in the Navy.
No, there are no bases here. Only Army/Reserves/National Guard and Air Force

Not that I could find. I was at least hoping to find a Naval Air Station but couldn't find one. sorry

the is a air force base there among other bases. every state has bases, but many are secret.
