We've known each other since the first grade and hav had crushes on each other of and on since. The only problem is, neither of us are EVER single at the same time. But i'm realizing more and more that i have more than jus "Friendly" feelins for her. and i'm almost 100% sure she has them for me too. (i'm not the type of person to say somethin like that unless i'm sure) Just tonite she invited me to go to a concert with her. I'm so confused. WHAT SHOULD I DO?!!?!?

You should be her friend. Let me tell you from experience a "friends turned to lovers" romance is the best one. They last much longer because the two of you have had a chance to really get to know each other. You said in your comments that the two of you are never single at the time. I kind of got the feeling that you and her loose touch every now and then. Don't loose touch. Stay close, be in her corner. Make her feel that you care about her and her feelings and one day...when you least suspect...she may just be all yours! :-)
