why right around the evening do my panic attacks get so bad. i feel like my throat is closing and i have numbness..i am fine when i take a 2 mg of xanax..why is it like this?

i have that problem and i take some time out for myself stop taking pills and work with it.

Not gonna cure this with a short answer, and I don't expect a personal response, but did a trauma happen to you to cause your anxiety?

If so, did it happen in the evening? (like molestation, robbery, etc.)

Do you have some PTSD around the evening for some reason?
