She keeps a wooden spoon in our family room, for spanking, and it's very embarrassing when people come over and see it and they figure out what it's really for. How can I convince her to keep in the kitchen drawer and away from my bottom?

LOL, my mom used to have several of those stored in key locations throughout the house. We tried hiding them, but to no avail - she would find something else to beat our butts with. Your best bet is to kiss enough @$$ so that yours doesn't get beaten. lol

Noone has a right to lay a hand on another - not even a parent. If an implement is used it's even worse. Tell your Mom that, and ask her to talk to you if she has an issue with your behaviour. Then, of course, you must listen to what she says & try to work out a solution together.

how old are you? if you're still a child it's good for you so dont wish to get away from the spanking that you get coz you'll learn from it.
but if you're too old for spanking, talk to your mom about how embarassing it is. but if that doesnt work then just laugh at the idea that it's embarassing.being spanked is a normal thing i will just laugh about it if im a visitor of yours

Call the Department of Children and Family Services and imform them of the abuse and the whereabouts of the "weapon". Then ask them for a surprize inspection. See how mom like's that one.

wait til some company comes over and spank them with it. Then spank your mom, this will only work if they dont like it. If they like it then you might have to keep doing it.
