How does more executive powers help Cheney?

I watched this show saying that Dickie boy Cheney has wanted to get back executive powers that he believed were lost during the Nixon admin.

I don't get it.

Since he is on his last time in office just like Bushy boy, who is he trying to help?

Is he preparing executive power for the anti-christ to come?

I thought Chaney was the Anti-Christ? Keep in mind, that these guys are the one in power. Look at Rumsfeld. Reagon Era, Bush Era...the man is always there. It's not because he is a rocket scientist, but because the ones pulling the strings want him there. Bush is a puppet. The Executive powers are fine the way they are now. We don't need a little Hitler getting in the office (Although we are very close)...

Nixon Gave Up Many Executive Powers to Congress, so the Presidency & Vice Presidency wouldn't be too Powerful. The Executive Branch would Now, have to go to Congress to get Authority for things it once had the power to do on it's own, prior to the Nixon Administration.It's for the next generation of Presidents! At one time the President could do just about anything without the consent of Congress!
And keep the talk of the Anti-Christ out of this untill you know more about what your talking about!
