Insecure girls get lots of piercings, like my ex. Don't take that wrong please, just a generalization and anyway I like insecure girls because they're just like me. .
I like the navel rings, bellybuttons are pretty boring anyway. But piercings get intrusive everywhere else. Nipples are much better to suck on (is there a scientific way to say that so this wouldn't sound profane?) when there is no metal getting in the way. That's how I felt about it anyway. And I was really glad when the tongue piercing came out.
Anyway they aren't trashy, but I hear they can be painful.

it all depends on who's wearing them. if you live in a trailer and have a beer gut i'd say trashy. now if you were drop dead gorgeous then it might be a different story. it also depends on size and shape of breasts, i couldn't imagine nipple piercings on drooping to the knees breasts, but if they were nice little perky standing straight out breasts then yeah, sexy.
personally i have always found that belly button piercings are more sexy...just my opinion.
