Hi , here is I just want to Learn how to do emdr for my problems...some will say books..I try to find it but they are out of order..therapist..can't afford that..

So please, give me steps to do the emdr to help me out.Thanks.

You can't do it on your own- you need a therapist- it's checking in with someone as their eye movement changes.

If you don't have mental health coverage, consider medicaid (if you dont' have the income). If not consider a study for EMDR in your area.

Try free counseling services at crisis centers or thru mental health centers in your area.
