Dogs dont drool because they have worms. Worms give them diarrhea and on some occasion vomiting. But not drooling. Bulldogs are notorious for drooling and what looks like foam. If you've only had her a few days or few weeks, she may not be eating much because she's adjusting to her new surroundings and feels intimidated. But if you haven't had her puppy visit done yet, that would be a good idea to get done. They will check her for intestinal parasites, so on and so forth. Drooling and foaming is not a sign of parvo either. With parvo it's vomiting, diarrhea, and it's a deathly god awful smell....TRUST ME! I've dealt with parvo on many occasions. If she's had at least 2 vaccines by a veterinarian, you can almost bet it's not parvo. And with her being 4 months old, she should have all of her parvo vacc, along with rabies, and bordetella (kennel cough). Check her mouth, between her jawls, and the back of her throat. Make sure something is not lodged. She may also not be eating because at 4 months is when they start loosing their baby teeth and teething. and it can be painful

Is your dog fully vaccinated?? Puppies are espacialy acceptable to diseases and viruses. Worst case scenario is that she either has parvovirus or rabies, in either instance she will most likely have to be uethanized.

You should take her to your veterinarian immediatly....for now, you can try the following:

Try feeding her lamb and rice dry dog food, it is made for dogs with allergies and senstive stomachs. Make sure that you are buying a good quality dog food, not the kind from the supermarket. Try nutro or shicken soup for the dog lover's soul. These foods will cost more but your dog will be healthier. The cost will equal out in the end, these foods have more nutrition in them so your dog will eat less...they will also poop less.

Don't feed her people food...not only is not healthy for her, should could also have an allergy. Cheese, chocolate, and onions can be fatal in dogs.

Make sure that she is drinking, don't let her get dehydrated.

Make sure that you take her to your veterinarian as soon as possible.

Good luck

It could be she is playing with frogs they make them sick to their stomache and foam at the mouth, Bull dogs drool when the drink water most of the time it is gross. If you think she is truely itt take her to a vet. But the frogs are out this time of year my dogs love to play with them

Im guessing its worms to. Get her to a vet right away and if you cant afford it your local ASPCA has a program that will let animal owners offord what they have to do to it to get it sone and healthy again. Hope everything works out for u

Have you checked in her mouth to see if she has something stuck in there? She may have a stick or a bone stuck. Has she been exposed to any wild animals which may have had rabies?

CALL YOUR VET TOMORROW.
It concerns me shes not eatting.
Foaming at the mouth could be a sign of PARVO.
