It depends if you want a long term relationship with this girl,have you asked your girlfriend? does her mate fancy you? is her mate jealous? what is cheating? is it talking to a guy, hugging, kissing, sex? what do you class as cheating? Are you two going steady? have you made promises to each other? you need to decide if you trust your girlfriend or not, if not don't go any further as it won't work out. Take a good long look at her so called MATE first though!!

Depends on the mate. Male or female? Single or unattached? Have you ever had any reason to believe that this person might fancy you? Think about any ulterior motives that he or she may have. Sometimes people can be extremely petty and jealous of people who are in relationships and they go about trying to sabotage them. It's best not to let other people have too much bearing on your personal relationships. Talk to your girlfriend, listen to what she says. If things don't add up you will have your answer.

The best possible way to find out ,is talk about your feelings indirectly. Then feel the reactions if you sense that there is lack of compassion then perhaps she does not deserve after all it is matter of ur own self respect
