I have realy puffy and frizzy hair . I want to know what I can do with. How to make it non frizzy and puffy and better looking and healthy.

Is it chemically fried? If not, I would suggest a mild chemical straightenr or relaxer depending on what your hair type is. Is tinted or high lighted? Is there bleach? If it is bleached or tinted do not do it. I like Redkin Smoothdown/Heatglyde for all types of hair Blowdry in small sections with a large round brush starting from hair that is about 75% dry and dry each section until it is completely dry and smooth. Buy a low heat flat Iron and and iron each section after it is blown dry. add some heat glyde after comlpetion. Always moisturize your hair every time you shampoo.

Use Garnier Sleek and Shine ...the whole collection, shampoo, condit and styling products. Mine was fluffy and big, and now it's smoother and more manageable, due to GARNIER :)

get your hair cut if i wasnt recently cut and go to a store like a department store and look for a straiteiner. try some frizz free stuff too.

straighting it does the trick for me...i had thick hair but after i dyed it the first time it got thinner but less puffy...
