3:41 P.M. The time during A.M. times are pretty much normal. In the afternoon, all you have to remember is to deduct 12 from the number, and you'll have your answer. Ex: 15:41 - 12 = 3:41. Ok?

3:41 p.m.
What you posed is the 24-hour standard display.
Military standard time notation is PLUS 12 after noon and Zero Hour is minight. Thus, 0100H means 1:00 a.m., 1100H is 11:00 a.m., 1200H is exact noon, 1300H is 1:00 p.m. and 2359H is 11:59 p.m. immediately followed by 2400H then start over again.
