I have been getting these weird bumps on my arm. They appear if I come in contact with something to ahrd. For instance if I smack my arm off of something. Also my fingers get swollen. They get swollen from even bowling. The swelling goes down and the bumps go away about an hour after they appear. Does anyone know what this is?

It could be contact dermatitis. You could be having an allergic reaction to what you are coming into contact with. You should probably make an appointment with a dermatologist and explain this condition. They should be able to make a better diagnosis than anyone on here.

Nope. I exfoliate and moisturize my physique on a favourite foundation. once I first began shaving my legs, i'd get razor burn on my thighs. That quickly went away whilst i began out exfoliating! i prefer to recommend utilizing a physique scrub and a moisturizing cream a minimum of the different day.

sounds like the beginning of a serious problem...
seeing a doctor will result in them prescribing drugs to treat the symptoms quickly...
seeing a naturopath, or go to a health food store, to get herbs to treat the problem, not just the symptoms...
your body needs nutrients to be healthy
herbs take longer to work, but the results last longer too
