Either a person is mature or not. The only way for her to grow up is through life experiences. Otherwise, she is just putting on a front and pretending to be something she's not to make you happy. You should either accept her as she is or move on.

You dont have to say anything, really. Over time spent with you thru experience, ignoring, walking away from, or changing the subject from immature behavior/s will give her a hint that it's not cute anymore, or its a bad habit that doesnt get positive results or that it doesnt get your attention. Give her positive feedback when she's acting mature. If it's manners, table or otherwise, it's best to say something.

I don't think there is a good way to do it. She will perceive it one of three ways--hurt, anger, or indifference. You may even see an increase in the immature behavior to prove that she is fine the way she is. If she is embarrassing or too immature for you, you may need to tell her good-bye until she grows up. Chances are she is going to be an older version of who she is now. Her "immaturity" may just be who she is. Good luck!

I actually had the same problem.
You know its hard to change someone you like or have liked when you think they Act immature.
Just give her a look saying you disapprove. like you don't think its funny and maybe tell her politely to chill.

tell her how you feel honeslty, and say something like your making me feel (blank) when you act like that.. i dont think you would hurt her feelings.. if you think you might then make a joke about the way she acts and she how she'll take it
