Call an emergency centre- there are plenty of 24 hour clinics around, even if your local vet isn't open. These kittens are going to need pretty serious treatment if they're going to pull through, and they need it now.

Commercial flea treatments are not designed for use on very young kittens, and given how weak they already are, I'm not sure of anything that would get rid of the fleas without making them worse or even killing them...just out of interest, how long since they started to look sickly?

Good luck

If you find fleas or flea dirt on kittens of any age, you must get them flea-free as soon as possible. Young kittens can easily get anemia from flea infestation and really endanger its life. First, use a flea comb to remove as much of the dirt and fleas from the fur as you can. Ask your vet for a flea spray that's okay to use on very young kittens; always read the warnings on any flea product to confirm at which age it is safe. Place the kitten on a towel for about 20 minutes; then discard the towel with the dead and dying fleas that have come from the kitten. After using the spray, give the kitten a bath in gentle or surgical soap.

If you don’t have a safe flea spray, you can wash the kitten with a gentle dishwashing soap like Dawn or Palmolive (do not use antibacterial), or a citrus-based shampoo, and comb all of the fleas out afterwards. Make sure water temperature is lukewarm so as not to chill the kitten. Dry the kitten, if old enough, with a blow dryer or you can towel-dry it, then put it in a carrier and aim the blow dryer into it to gently dry the kitten with warm, circulating air.

When my cat had kittens and her and the babies were covered with fleas and I didn't know what to do I called the vet. They told me they had this spray at their office that I could use. When I got home I called them and said it says not to use on kittens younger than 8 weeks of age. She said the fleas were more harmful than the spray and if I didn't do something they would die. They told me to spray the momma but not her boobs and to dab spray on the babies with a cotton ball and wash their bedding daily. She said that should take care of the fleas and it did and they grew up to be healthy adult cats. I know cause I still have 2 of them. You need to make a call to the vets in the morning to see if there is something you can get for them. Maybe your Dad could pick it up after work. Good luck.

A flea comb and a water bath - no flea shampoo or meds, they are too young and it WILL kill them. Get rid of all the fleas in the home with proper treatment (in fact remove the kittens to a flea free home while the other house is being de-loused).

Go to the pet store and buy some kitten formula milk and several droppers or bottles and force feed them until you can get them to a vet and they can give fluids.

First things first - GET THOSE FLEAS OFF ASAP!

Okay, call your normal vet. Because it is after hours the answering machine should have the number to an emergency vet clinic. Until then keep the kittens warm and try your best to get rid of all fleas.

Bathe them in dawn dish soap and massage the kitten for a few minutes to allow the soap to kil the fleas and rinse well. Then be sure to keep the kitten warm in a dry towel(put the towel in the dryer for a few minutes so the towel is warm) Then get baby food if you have some or canned cat food and try to feed the kittens, if they won't take it try forcing it and try milk in a bottle also. Get in touch with a vet first thing in the morning. Good luck , I'll pray they get well

You HAVE GOT to get to an emergency vet hospital right now. The kittens are probably flea-anemic, and there's nothing you can do at home at this point. You can bathe them in mild dish soap, like Dawn, NOT flea shampoo, and keep them VERY warm after the bath. This will only get rid of the fleas (maybe) it will do nothing to help the anemia and illness that's already setting it. If you want them to have a chance, please get them to an ER vet tonight! Good luck.

Try using alcohol and a cotton ball or just pour the alcohol over the kitten and use tweezers to get the fleas off and use GLOVES!

Have a towel handy to wipe the kitten dry and DO NOT POUR into the EARS, NOSE or MOUTH.

Vets do make emergency calls and if the have to keep the kitten overnight they usually require a deposit. (to see you and treat the animal) but the good news is the bill comes out of the deposit and most likely will cover the entire treatment. If not will only cost a little extra. Check back with me and I'll let you know if I think of something else.

Maybe some mineral oil or vegetable oil drown them suckers! then scrape them off but be sure not to leave anything under the kittens skin.

Please let me know how this all turns out. Email me, IM me or something. Best of LUCK!

Probably the anemia is too far prgressed for even the et to h elp, but I know how you feel. You can try immersing them in warm water up to their necks to drown the fleas, but the rest will travel to their heads and you'll have to pick them off/squich them with you fingernails. Dry 'em off with a towel and keep them wrapped up until they are totally dry.
Also can buy cat milk in a big grocery store and force feed with an eye dropper.
I'm so sorry! This is a tragic thing that happens so quickly.

Your kitten should be ok. Try giving it a full out bath. If it's still acting odd call the vet and ask them. If they ask you to come in see if they will allow you to hold off payment till payday. Also there may be a phone # on the medicine you used that you could call and ask.
