Some body have certain reactions to certain food. I wouldn't quiet call it an allergic reaction, because people worry about allergic reaction. It is a way our body handles food substance. I know my nose gets clogged after having food with MSG, and I feel that I have to clear my throat every few minutes after I have a big serving of ice cream (dairy products).

If you believe that your snot is food related reaction, then try paying more attention to the food you eat and see if you can make a connection.

well, the mucous (snot) is an immune system response. your body may be responding to food and your body produces more mucous. this may be different from person to person. Dont be worried.

you get more snot after and while you are eating because you are feeding the boogie monsters that live in your nose and make the snot. duh!
