Keep in mind that stress is harmful to you physically. When you feel stressed, you can cause your blood pressure to increase among other things. High blood pressure can be bad for blood vessels. I don't mean to make you more scared. I would think that if the situation were an emergency you would still be in the hospital.
I would agree with the earlier answer, only in knowiing full details can you get a really accurate answer, so I would speak to the doctor again. He or She can direct you to more specifics so that you will know what you are dealing with and then you can become educated and you and your doc can work together to get you better.

You should try to control what you can control and do not try to control what you can't control. It is very serious. You can get your affairs in order just in case.
Also to prevent it from happening again, you can take OPCs. They make blood vessel walls stronger and more flexible. See this site under dragon's blood. http://phiherbs.com
Did he mention mini-stroke? Is your blood pressure too high? Improve your diet. Site below tells what foods hurt the cardiovascular system leading to high blood pressure, strokes and heart attacks. A mini stroke means you could have a stroke. Also get more exercise. No need to be afraid-- everyone dies! 2 blocks from me a 15 year old girl got run over by a drunk driver and she died instantly.
Maybe you needed something like this so scare you into taking better care of yourself, including gettiing enough sleep. Then by improving things NOW it causes you to have a long life that you would not have had if you had not been scared into improving things. The US vice president is still alive and he had very serious heart problems.

We ALL have damaged blood vessels in the brain sooner or later. Where and how bad is what matters. Don't freak! Sounds like no big deal or you woudln't be home on the computer! It only matters if the blood supply is blocked to a vital aread of faitly significant size, and that's not what you sound like you have.

I would certainly suggest talking to your neurologist again. You can't get great answers from anyone who does not know the extent of these damaged vessels. Good luck, and try not to worry too much, worrying will not help matters.

Don't take it lightly. It may cause paralysis, and make you forget, make you stammer and a variety of problems depending upon in which part of the brain there is hemorrhage. Be in touch with the neurosurgeon and pray for good health.Best of luck.

I'm no doctor, but my sister had a seeping aneurysm, it put too much pressure on her brain and she had several stokes. they had to drill a hole in her skull to drain it for the pressure before they could operate to fix the aneurysm. All in all, she almost died but ended up losing about 30% mobility on her left side.
