I recommend that for a couple of days before you fast, you prepare for it by cutting WAY back on caffeine. If you normally have a good deal of it, you may want to start more than a couple of days ahead of time. This will reduce any headaches because trying to deal with headaches on top of the other symptoms you may experience will undermine the success of your fast.
I'm not sure how much you have read on fasting, but, especially with this first one, and depending on current eating/drinking habits, you can expect some slight nausea and headaches along with the hunger as your body clears itself of toxins. It may be best to schedule your fast so that the 2nd and 3rd days you are able to relax and not have alot to do. Warm water or warm water with a squeeze of lemon may help with nausea if you experience this symptom.
Don't be intimidated by the information I've given you...I would just rather you are fully informed. Good luck!!

Yeah, forget it!!!!!! You will accomplish nothing. The "fat cells" will still be there and as soon as you starting again, they will fill back up. The way to lose weight is to change you eating habits. Start by doing this: Never go back for seconds. After you get used to NOT getting seconds, then begin to decrease your "first" helping. Reduce by one less spoon of those peas or beans or whatever you are eating. Ever couple or three days, cut back another spoonful. You WILL begin losing weight and it will be a true weight loss. Don't punishment yourself with the "Water fasting" junk. Not good for your health either. Pops

Water fasting is amazingly undesirable for you!!! i'd quite advise juice fasting instead. My mom is a weight-reduction plan/health specialist, and he or she once went on a 2 week food plan with juice, it really is a lot more beneficial positive for you. you could juice a lot of nuts and end result and vegetables, so that you nonetheless have the mandatory nutrition you desire.

You'll be hungry for the first day. By the second day you'll feel like passing out. Your blood sodium levels or potassium levels can drop so low that you'll have a heart attack or stroke. By the 3rd day, you'll be 6 feet under.
