The language of Romania is Romanian, one of five romance languages still spoken. The other four are Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.
Perhaps it would help if you learned a little about their culture and recognize them for it so they will understand that it has nothing to do with the fact they are Romanian, only that they are loud!!

Romanians speak Romanian. It is one of the Romance languages, derived from Latin.
From high Latin, vulgar (or Vulgate/Vulgata i.e. everyday) Latin emerged. The modern Romance languages grew from the Vulgate.
In Italy, Italian is spoken.
In France, French and Provenzal (or Provençal) is spoken.
In Portugal, Portuguese is spoken.
In Spain, Spanish and Catalán is spoken.
In Romania, Romanian is spoken.
As far as translating from English to Romanian is concerned, try talking to them in English. Europeans (including Romanians) understand more English than Americans can understand all other languages combined.

I can't believe that someone believe that the official language in Romania is German! What an ignorant!
Romanian is, as someone said, one of 5 living Roman languages, but it suffered a strong influence of Slavic languages (Russian and Serbian).
I traveled there once and I have to say that Bucharest is beautiful city. Pitty you're neighbors are such idiots.
