Let her know how you feel! But, make sure she knows that it is cool if she doesn't feel the same way. This way you can remain friends....and maybe in the future...she will come crying on you're shoulder if this other guy dumps her.

be her friend and back off... do you really want to date a girl that would leave her current boyfriend for you?? think about it... what would stop her from doing the same thing to you in the future?
Be a real friend and dont put her in that situation... some of the best couples start out as friends...
