Guys are being friendly when they flirt! If they are nice guys, they can be charming in how they tease you. True, some women don't take to kindly to being teased and others love the attention. Men love it if women flirt, but men sometimes get the message wrong.

Smile, lean in close, make eye contact, compliment the woman and look for favorable signs that she likes the signals I am sending. If she doesn't flirt back, then what's the point in continuing?

I noticed when a lot of guys flirt they like to talk about fights they have gotten into and won. Hand on the girls lower back. Messing with the girls hair and pushing a girl into them when they hug her.
