sum one tell me exact ways to get it white. Dont tell me to go to the dentist. Im not dropping alot of cash on this. So please tell me. Is there any home made remeidies? Like baking soda or sumthing? thanks

Hi
First dilute peroxide with water 50/50 then mix it with baking soda and make a paste. Place on your tooth bush and clean your teeth.
It will take a short while to whiten your teeth.
Don't forget you can't make your teeth any whiter than you were born with. Some people are just born with great looking white teeth and others ain't.
You can also buy the whitening kits from the supermarket. They come with a plastic mold that you fit to your teeth then you put the whitening gel inside that and wear it for a while.
Or you can buy a plastic mouth guard that footy players wear. Shape it to your mouth. Then go the to dentist and buy from them the whitening gel, it's a lot stronger than the ones from the supermarket

The suggestions of making a paste out of Baking Soda and brushing with it is a plus if you can tolerate the taste, it really works. Also the 10 Day Crest White Strips work very well!!
But there is a Toothpaste I use which works wonders and you can only find it at an Indian grocery store. It's "Neem" toothpaste.
My husband is from India, so he recommended it to me, and it will not only brighten your teeth, but it's full of health benefits for your gums and teeth as well....

I used to use Aqua Fresh whitening and I got compliments all the time on how white my teeth were. I can't use it now because my teeth are very sensitive and I have to use Sensedine but I would like to use something called Go Smile. It is sorta expensive at the dentist but you can get it on ebay.

Hydrogen Peroxide tastes nasty... Crest white strips work.. use the 10 day pack, they will be whiter then the 7 day pack can.

Whatever you do do not use crest white strips. My orthadontitst told me to use them after I got my braces off for the minor stains on my teeth. They hurt really bad! They make your gums swell, bleed and hurt tremendousely. Ask you dentist what other options you have. Good Luck!

I use Rembrandt toothpaste every day and use Crest White strips premium every 6 months and refrain from Coffee or soda drinking and my teeth are movie star white!

Yes Baking soda and toothpaste with baking soda. (Peroxide just a little) Brush with plain water. That is all I can think of at the moment.

REMBRANT WHITE STRIPS!!! really works, tried crest white strips, they were uncomfortable and fell off.Rembrant is made of a wax coating that formats to you teeth.Also nix the coffee if you drink it.
