Sure, why not. As long as it looks healthy. I think older women with gray hair look terrific!

It is definitely a personal choice. Gray hair is beautiful on some women. Very striking as a matter of fact! It's obvious to see that some people go gray at an early age, so age in years isn't the issue. As long as the hair is healthy and well maintained (good cut) long gray hair works for me!

I think when a woman reaches a certain age, she should wear her hair shorter. Long hair is for teens and 20 year olds. Long gray hair makes a woman look like an old hag

Don't wear it past the shoulders, it just doesn't look right. Depending on the texture of it, having gray hair long can just make it look more damaged & out of control. If it is nice smooth gray hair that has a good color to it, wear it at the shoulders, anything too much longer makes you look out of style.

I think it is okay to have long gray hair, but older women with really long hair look best when they wear there hair up.

Short hair makes you look younger. What's the purpose of having all of the extra gray and long hair. So, what everyone knows you once had long hair. Get rid of the long hair.
Short is cute, youthful and easy to maintain. Consult a designer/top hairstylist that can work your hair.
If not short, a sassy youthful (not too youthful, perhaps a nice blunt cut) cut will add alot of style to your face.
Go for it!!!!

I dont think older women should have their hair longer than the top of their shoulders, if its gray. but the nice thing is you can dye it. older women should use lighter shades like blonde, red, etc. as it hides the gray longer, so if you choose to dye it then i would say yes to the longer hair.
This is to xrede2bol- I dont think anyone here asked for a spelling lesson, and if anyone mispelled something , so what? if you cant answer questions nicely, dont answer them at all.

I think as long as long as your hair is in great condition it doesnt matter what color it is...SHOW IT OFF!!! In my college class there is an older lady attending it as well and she has longg gray hair and she sometimes leaves it open or has it tied and let me tell you the long hair adds so much personality to her!! so in conclusion def wear ur hair long even if its gray :)
