Yes your camera can.
On top there is a Powermode Dial (the one with the green triangle).
Just turn the dial to the S-Prg/and the little pic of a movie camera.
Unfortunately your camera is quite old (2002) and it can only record video at a paltry 320 x240 at 15 fps...and it cannot record sound...so the video will be very small in size and quite jumpy, as well as silent.
However, at least you can zoom in and out while recording.
