That is a tough one. Little Bear is great but not as popular as it used to be.
A few years back I bought Little Bear party napkins, banner and plates at a highly discounted store.
I just looked and I can't find anything on the net. I don't have the Happy Birthday banner anymore or I'd send it to you.
Good Luck.. I know how hard it is when you REALLY want something for your child.
If you have to you could always get a Little Bear coloring book and color and cut out the pics in different sizes and hang them as decorations.
I know that its not the same but its the best I can come up with.

This is a good question. I tried finding Little Bear items last year for my daughter's birthday, and the only place I had any luck was ebay. Although I love Little Bear, the shows that air on TV are several years old. He is not that popular anymore. That is a shame because it is such a good show - much better than the Doodlebops or some of the other shows out there today!

You may think that it's dumb but the kidsl ove it. Even though yuor little boy is in the 3rd grade now it doesn't mean him and his freinds dont love free candy and toys. The must have in gift bags are balloons, candy, blowouts, finger puppets, stickers, rings, whistles, and crazy straws. You should also look into getting a pinata. I think the kids would love it.

Did you try Birthday Express. They have a catalog and online store, they might have it.
