I recently visisted a website which boasted a cool but strange idea. The idea that we are all citizens of theworld, and thereforcountry passports, visas, and borders should all be irrelevant. They provide a new birth cirt, marriage cert, and even a passport, all of which they boast has been used to enter and exit almost every country including all the countries in europe and even the US. They also boast world diplomatic imunity and other such idas. I am curious, how many of you guys have heard of this, how many have actually applied, and of those who have applied, how many have actually used it, and finally, how many of those who used it had problems with entering and exiting countries or showing it as a form of official ID. Please nbote, I am not asking if you think it is a good idea or a stupid idea, and I would appreiciate the opionions only of those who know about this, that is a nice way of saying dont bother answering just for points as I make full use of the abuse butto!n!

A person who admits reporting others for abuse doesn't deserve a reply, when he/she is so childish. Nevertheless, I will say it is a great idea, and will do away with some of the hostility in the world caused by the existence of so many different countries and nationalities. One passport and one world nationality is the best idea ever proposed.

(Guess I can fully explain this matter)
We already have interplanetary station, the Moon, Antartida, love, songs, divided by the enteire humanity....
Did you ever thought about One Planet...One Humanity?...
The pressure is to high!... to strong... from those that wants it...
Think on God ( or what ever you beleive...) This Planet is for all humanity....
Boundaries, borders, frontiers.... three therms to be a part of the ancient history in the future....
Humanity grows up every minute... every week...every year...
And for it... does'nt matter what I think or what some people thinks about...
There is a new idea for free people.... to put together, have some money and buy an Island... Install a new Republic, free of bad political people and call for the enteire humanity to join....
Guess what could happen if 8.000.000.000 people join the new Republic?!....
World is not the same since I was born and the Allied people put Europe free from Nazism...
Is better!...

My neighbors are World Citizens and one of them is making a movie about peace activist Garry Davis who founded the World Authority back in the 40s. Over 150 countries have accepted the World Citizen passport. Since the Homeland Security nazis have placed so many restrictions on border crossers, people are hesitant to use it. Its a grand idea, but maybe not for this century. Peace.

I went and checked this out and don't really know what to make of it. There is a list of the countries that have accepted it at least once and it looks like just about everyone of them is listed.
When you apply for the passport (which is really cheap!!) they send a birth certificate and ID card too.

If there have been one united states of america interior the worldwide, you're able to be able to get a single, "worldwide passport." yet while the full worldwide have been one united states of america, the place might you stumble on a border to apply this passport?

I have also seen this. I know some people that have actually used this passport to travel to countries such as the US and even Europe. I personally haven't got one, but it sounds very interesting.

Funny, I just saw that site the other day. I think its just trying to make a statment, I doubt that it would actually serve any real purpose. I know that the US won't take anything but a government issued passport. But it does look cool.

There is no chance at all that it is effective in entering countries like the United States, which makes me suspect it is a scam.

I work at an airport and have actually seen one of these passports.
IT IS A SCAM!!!
These passports have absolutely no validity whatsoever.The person trying to use it was refused travel and told to come back with their real passport.To anyone who wants to waste their money on this.You have been warned.
