i know he done it he was the only one around at the time know he stoled one of my cell phone found sim card on his desser but can't get enough proof and he always gets alway with.

also stoled my cell phone found sim card at his house have called the police said haven't got enough proof cell phone was just returned by his grandma from his dad saying it was left over there that was a lie the police done contactd them said nothing they can do since it was returned but the serial number was took off of it so the police is going to requesting hime and find out why he lied and said he didn't have it.

So if you can't have him thrown in jail then banish him from your home then when he comes in its breaking and entering if there still isn't enough proof have someone kick his butt

Is he living with you?? if he is still living with you; rent one of those cameras and set him a trap; put some money there; and if he goes for it; show him the proof and kick him out!!! and tell him he is not allowed in your home ever again. it would be worth it. also talk to your
brother/sister about your suspicious
let them see the proof; and see what they do.

File a police report. Let him know you are seriously not going to let it happen with out any consequences.

tell him to give it to you...thats NOT right he ows that to you specialy since you in the hosiptal...put your foot down...just cuz he's a family member dosen't make it wrong

He would need to leave my home, but if you keep him around I suggest surveillance for places you put your valuables.
