i want to know what the holy hell people are thinking on here. asking questions about breeding, potty training, and things that are OBVIOUS to even the most casual observer that their animal needs to see a vet immediately if not sooner. i'm trying to help people out, but i'm just getting tired of hearing about COMPLETELY IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. it's wonderful if their hearts are in the right place, but geez. a little deductive reasoning would go a long way. i want to breed, but don't know what to charge. my dog's only got three legs, and the fourth one's just hanging off. if there's anybody out here looking for a dog, find the people on here who are wanting to breed, find out what they're breeding, and avoid them like the plague.

Finally! Someone new here who notices the same stupidity.

If you're planning on hanging out here, get used to seeing these famous questions over and over:
What should I name my dog?
When can I breed my dog?
What breed is best?
Should I get another dog?
What kind of dog is this?
Where can I get a free dog?
Where can I get papers for my dog?
How do I train my dog?
How can I get my dog to stop biting?
Why does my dog eat his poop?
What is the best food?
How big will my dog get?
How can I get my dog to stop barking?
How do I convince my parents to get a dog?
How do I get my dog to stop peeing in the house?

I'm sure I missed quite a few here, and I didn't even start on the questions people ask looking for expert veterinary advice from the non qualified geniuses on this list.

Next comes the famous answers you see here over and over like:
See a vet.
Watch the Dog Whisperer.
See a vet.
Watch the Dog Whisperer.
See a vet.
Watch the Dog Whisperer.
See a vet.
Watch the Dog Whisperer.
See a vet.
Watch the Dog Whisperer.
I could go on ...

It's good to see someone else vent here once in awhile, I'm glad I could join you.

AMEN. You said it all.

People ask the dumbest questions ever about pets on here, and if they really cared, they'd have already done net searches on it, read library books, interviewed breeders, and the BIG obvious one that we see the most, called their vet and spent a little money, for crying out loud.

It SCARES THE CRAP outta me what some people ask...and what some even MORE stupid people answer! And they buy it because that's what they want to hear! Honestly makes me mad as heck. I'm like you, I try to help out when I can, but you're right it is soooo frustrating.

Especially the posts about breeding dogs that are spelled so horrendously that you know the person posting it doesn't have a fricking remote clue and should not be breeding, period, dogs or people!

Yeah, I totally hear you.

Obviously this person knows everything about anything and should just impart her great wisdom to everyone else..in let's say a Book!!

Write us a book so we can all choose not to buy it.

They are not silly questions- people come here with an idea or process they think is right but are usually looking for confirmation they are on the right track. Or maybe they need different ideas becuase plan A didn't work as well as they hoped. Telling everyone to take an animal to a vet is simplistic and well duh... Obviously they will most are not open in the middle of the night. And yes some people realize things are not life and death at this moment so don't call people even vets in the middle of the night!

So they travel online looking for supporting opinions or just some advice on how to handle a sitituation until morning. Back off the question askers- if it weren't for them you'd have much lower of an opinion of your self now wouldn't you.

you may do properly to grant to pay the full bill and attempt to settle this as frivolously as achievable. they are able to sue you - in any state. If it may't be settled with the aid of arbitration in the event that they do sue, you will finally end up in courtroom, reckoning on a decide and jury who will possibly have sympathy for the small canines injured with the aid of your greater suitable canines. in case you win, you will nevertheless have had the aggravation and lost time of an ordeal, in case you lose, you would be responsible for the completed vet bill, any damages they declare, and the courtroom expenses - no longer a stable guess. for sure, they have been additionally at fault because of the fact their canines grew to become into no longer on leash the two, yet your canines did the wear and could be indexed as a "risky canines". in case you own your place and function assets vendors coverage, this could go up dramatically, if the business enterprise would not drop you thoroughly. i might actually attempt to maintain it from ever escalating right into a lawsuit. Pay for the vet expenses - and make very constructive to maintain your canines securely fenced or on leash in any respect situations while he's outdoors.

I take it question by question and answer by answer.

I am a dog lover....I have a pure bred cocker. I had her fixed. I did not want to breed her, just love her and her unconditional love in return. She is my little sweetheart, and her picture is posted as you see. I don't quite understand your posting, but I sure agree there are some pet owners who are completely irresponsible, do not pay any attention to their pets (why have them in the first place?).... and what makes me so angry is to see poor dogs chained to their dog houses day after day after day.
