Laser might do the trick but it hurts. If that's not for you, try Intense Pulsed Light. It works on the same concept as laser but is much milder and easier to take.... also less expensive. Ask your dermatologist.

You could give 'Bio-oil' a try. There are also Garnier face washes you can get from the supermarket (often scrubs I think) that you could try. Unfortunately, often it is just time that helps and the less you pick at your face, the more your skin is allowed to heal. Please don't try those skin-whitening creams as I've seen some absolutely awful outcomes that are even more permanent that the scars you're trying to get rid of. Keep your skin protected from the sun as well, as sun exposure may further darken darker scars (just look at any white person who seems only to have freckles in the summertime...) All the best and remember that time helps. P.S. Accutane is a prescription only medication with a host of very serious side-effects which will need monitoring by a doctor while you're on it. (Honestly, take me seriously on this one... I'm talking liver failure, malformed babies if you get pregnant on it, etc). NOT something you want to play your own doctor at.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

I don't know about the scars. but for the pimples themselves put a little bit of raw egg on each one for 3 weeks every night. then once a month thereafter. Eggs are supposed to have vitamin A that will do away with the pimples. My source is a news article.

Vitamin E gel caps from the drug store or health food store and prick the gel caps and put the vitamin e directly on the scar and you can also wash with Palmer's coca butter soap.
