I have a sharp pain on the right side of my body above my hip. I have been doing crunch's lateley could that be why? Please help!

if it hurts on the back side it could be a herniated disk in your back..seek med. attention immediately

You may have appendicitis....It's best to get yourself checked
out at the ER, or your Doctor....it may be nothing, but you can't take a chance.....
