Go to sleep.

If you wake up at 12:00 still hungry it is a new day (Just kidding)

I just don't eat. When I go to sleep I don't feel the hunger. Try to eat when you are hungry but it you notice that you aren't hungry, you should still have something small. Have a yogurt, a bowl of low fat low sugar cereal, a muffin, a bagel with low fat no cholestreol spread, etc. You get the picture. Try not to eat fried foods, lots of salt and drink plenty of water (if you gain water, take water pills but make sure with your doctor that it is ok to do so) and exercise regularly. Walking for half an hour or an hour a day helps to lose weight. Be careful not to lose too much weight too rapidly. That is not good. Talk to your doctor before you go on a diet. Talk to a nutritionalist if you can. Monitor your regime/diet/food intake and times. Keep a journal of all of this and if you notice any difference in yourself...mood swings, etc. Best wishes and take care.

If you eat something and no one sees you eat it, it has no calories.

If you drink diet soda with candy bars, the calories in the candy bar are cancelled out by the diet soda.

When you eat with someone else, calories don't count as long as you don't eat more than they do.

Food used for medicinal purposes never counts, such as hot chocolate, toast, and Sara Lee cheesecake.

If you fatten up the people around you, then you look thinner.

Movie-related foods do not have additional calories because they are part of the entire entertainment package and are not part of one's personal intake. Examples are Milk Duds, buttered popcorn, Junior Mints, Red Hots and Tootsie Rolls.

Cookie pieces contain no calories. The process of breaking cookies causes caloric leakage.

Things licked off knives and spoons have no calories if you are in the process of preparing something. Examples are peanut butter on a knife while making a sandwich, or ice cream on a spoon while making a sundae.

Foods that have the same color have the same number of calories. For instance, spinach and pistachio ice cream, cauliflower and whipped cream.

Note: Chocolate is a universal substitute and may be used in place of any other food.

It isn't so much when you eat as what you eat. If you are hungry then eat. Have a salad, some fruit and some type of lean meat.
Cottage cheese is also healthy. Eat a bunch of little meals through out the day and then have a bigger meal in the evening.
Just eat healthier.

You'll rest better if you eat, but make it something light & not greasy or too fattening.
Try to get yourself on a 5/6 meal-snack schedule.
