i can't imagine a senior wanting a freshmen, lol, but you should probably just ask them out, although ppl are going to talk quite a bit.

act normal and dont act cocky! to date a freshman u r going to have to gain the trust of her and her friends and her parents. b/c ppl will assume that u only want one thing, and u will have to prove that u dont. and if that is wut want- well then ur a jerk
