what does this also mean?

whenever i think about veins...and look at my hand veins..and start touching them..popping out in my hand...then like a couple of mins later..i cant squeeze hard..my hands become weak..just thinking about veins..my both hands..cant squeeze...there just slow in moving and cupping...what does this mean?

Weird! You're psyching yourself out about your veins, dude...don't think about it and you won't have hand failure!
