Egg and Cheese Sammy in Less than 5 min
(my favorite meal on the go... like Dunkin Donuts but hommade and better)
Ingredients:
2 slices of bread or a bagel toasted to your perfection and buttered (or margarined, whatever)
1 or 2 eggs, depending on your hunger level
a few slices of whatever cheese you have or no cheese if that's your thing or you're broke and it's not grocery day yet

1. Spray some Pam/cooking spray into a little bowl- the kind that isn't really useful except for snacks or making this
2. crack the egg(s) into it and mix them really well. Don't forget that part.
3. Put that in the microwave for 1 minute and 1 minute only
4. While that's happening toast the bread/bagel and butter it
5. Put it together and eat it or wrap it in foil and eat on the train when you're running late.

The egg might explode in the microwave but oh well, that's life.

Well...I work for McDonalds so if I work during breakfast which I normaly do I get the Bacon Egg And Cheese McGriddle or the Bacon Egg and Cheese Biscuit. But if i'm home normaly cereal.
Unless I have eggs in the fridge and then I fix up some scrammbled eggs. And sometimes I like to take potatoes and slice them up small and put Mrs. Dash on then...those are very yummy. But McDonalds does have that Fruit and Walnut Salad and they do serve it during breakfast.

M-F at 7AM I have two strawberry poptarts with a half quart of whole milk with vitamins and herbs(Flaxseed oil,Saw Palmetto,Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc,Ashwagandha, decaffeinated Green tea.) then at 9AM I eat a Snickers Marathon energy bar with a bottle of SoBe Power(fruit punch).
On the weekend I usually eat Apple Jacks or Froot Loops with the vitamins and herbs. Women should not take Saw palmetto. Always do your homework before deciding what to put into your body.

Two soft-boiled eggs, a slice of toasted "peasant" whole grain bread and Jasmine Green Tea with honey & cinnamon. I don't use butter on the eggs or toast....only a drizzle of EVOO......sometimes real oatmeal with brown sugar and soy milk and some sliced nectarines. Sometimes I get really exotic and have tunafush salad and Triscuits......and then there's the ever popular Grapenuts with a sliced banana......no matter what I eat, I always have the tea!

On the weekends I like to make scones with butter and jelly.

During the week I just eat Captain Crunch Berries!

Not too healthy but I am not gaining weight!

I have been drinking whey protein shakes you add milk and ice and put in blender. There are different flavors. I got it at Walmart. THey are yummy I think. Its like $17 but its a huge canister that lasts for a while.

Depends...typically cereal with fruit and orange juice. I really enjoy grapenuts with milk warmed up in the microvave and then drizzled with honey! Very yummy. Sometimes yogurt with fresh fruit and muselli. Definitley good.

Toasted fingers
Two pieces of toast with Creamed corn, Bacon pieces and cheese on top, grilled under the grill until cheese is nice and melted. Then cut into three fingers and eat. (you can also have banana & bacon, tomato and cheese.)

Very Nice
