diets really sux, but always keep in mind, i rather not be on a diet, because of food restrictions and the emotions that go with it. i always go by:live an active life and eat at a moderation, don't over eat what you have, like to much sugar, fat, etc. this way you can eat what you want, but the right amount, and step by step, getting into this habit. to me this last longer than a diet.

It's ok to eat pie and cake on the odd occasion but not all the time. If you feel bad then maybe that is a sign that you have already eaten enough today. If you feel bad don't eat it! Get your mind off the though of food and read a book or go for a walk or something... better still drink a big glass of water to make you feel "full". Be strong girl!

you shouldn't eat the food, if you're on a diet, because later you'll think it's fine to eat it. replace the crave with something healthy like a tofucake/tofu ice cream. if you do eat the indulging food, be sure to workout, so you won't gain any weight. if you feel guilty eating something, i mean what's the point? you just added more calories and worries. stress isn't good. it's also a factor of weight gain. when you eat it, enjoy it. :) and also, you shouldn't really diet to a point, where you don't get all your nutrients. it's worse for your body. just try to eat healthier and less proportion. excerises- 200-300 abs and 60 mins cardio/2 hour workout at least 3 days a week will should improvements about two weeks later. hope this helps. i need to get myself in shape. determination and music helps you lose twice the amount of weight. it's in the parade magazine article in the la times.

no, don't feel guilty because pie is tasty and i'll bet you look great just the way you are. it's better for you to enjoy the food you like within reason than deprive yourself of stuff and then obsess over it. you can also just eat half of it, or take a long time to finish it and focus on how tasty it is. not letting yourself have something when you really want it is why everyone fails at dieting in the first place.

I know how you felt.........It was calling your name right lol I have found that on days that I eat a little more than I think I should have I put 3 Tsp of apple cider vinegar in about 6 oz of water and drink it down.
It doesn't taste too good but the vinegar eats the fat in your body and I feel like I've done something good for myself.

You can eat anything you want. You have to do it in moderation and then be mindful of your activity. Eat pie, walk two blocks. Pizza, jog 1/2 mile. Eat what you want, but don't be lazy. Walking can take those extra pounds away.

Everyone goes thru this. As long as you continue on the diet you are going by. Nothing says you can't treat yourself now and then. I am week to cakes and pies too.

Don't feel guilty, just go back on your food plan knowing that you are human and will slip up once in a while.

There is nothing wrong with treating yourself every now and then. Try and stick to your diet and only treat yourself once a week.
