i walked into the janitors closet the other day to get something my landlord left for me and my janitor was painting his toenails what should i do

Offer to help... If he's older he may have a problem bending over.. Plus you may have a better sense for colors.

so your janitor is feminine, its no big deal. Hey maybe he can paint your toenails? lol don't make a big deal out of it. But if hes blowing off his work for his personal fun time, then consider a new janitor. otherwise its nothing to get worked up about.

Compliment him on his choice of varnish? Admire his skill with the brush? Get him to do yours?
Really - I cannot see why this would bother you to the point of asking a question here about it. Anyway - what can you do? I doubt that his work contract has "no painted toenails" written in to it, and I can't see the police being interested.....

Seriously, who cares? My very strait brother in law paints his dark blue, sometimes black. If it makes him happy and no one gets hurt who are we to judge?

Ask him what color that is, you really like it. Then see what his reaction is. He may be a cross dresser by night, and is getting ready for his big night out!!!!!! Or, act like you didn't see him, and walk away.
