Cancer is an abnormal mutation of otherwise healthy cells. Cancer cells multiply in clusters, forming tumors. The tumors can then spread throughout the body via the lymphatic system (metastization). Blood cancers such as leukemia spread when cancer cells multiply and attack the red and white blood cells, killing and then replacing them.

Some cancers can be caused by a virus. Some can be caused by exposure to chemicals and environmental toxins. Bacterial infections, muscular disorders, neurological, and autoimmune symptoms are often side effects of cancer treatments. Cancer can affect any major organ in the body. When discovered early, most forms of cancer are highly treatable, with very successful cure rates.

No, Cancer generally refers to an error in mitosis (the normal way our cells multiply). It is a defect in cell repair/growth that results in uncontrolled growth of cells which cannot perform normal functions. These cells are referred to as cancer cells.

There is much much more, but I hope this is a start

None of those you listed. Cancer is Cancer. It is it's own type of disease characterized by rapid cellular multiplication.
