My son always ate bananas.His Uncle told him they have potassium and would stop the cramping you get in your arms.
Plenty of fluids as you get very dehydrated while riding.
Something light with carbs, too for energy!

Oatmeal in the morning,(or cream of wheat)
sandwiches for lunch,(no soda)
Drink plenty of water!!!

i do motorcross and it is odvious that you should eat fruits and other good stuff
