walk up to her, introduce yourself in a grown matter, & ask her would she like to go out some time. Better yet come at her like you want to be her friend take her out, letting her get to know you, & then pop the question at the end of the date. But make sure you ask if she got a boyfriend, but not in a way as if you were interested in the beginning.

Wouldn't you want to get to know her more before you ask her out? What if she's a total biatch, or somekind of ho-bag? You should try getting to know her more before getting to the dating point. She should know you a little too so it won't seem so weird that a guy out of the blue is asking her out. Just try to get to know her likes, dislikes, interests, and just personality by going up to her and being nice.
