It was good that you called your vet right away. If she is pooing it out, that's a good sign. Just keep an eye on her and if she becomes lethargic, call your vet again.

With a smaller dog your dog/chocolate ratio is not as whimsical as if a giant malamute has a few truffles for desert, but it's not exactly an emergency anyway. First: Milk chocolate or dark chocolate? If she has ounce upon ounce of dark chocolate then she could be in quite a bit of trouble. Otherwise; don't worry about a few loose chocolates from Valentine's day. The content isn't nearly high enough to raise alarms.
In the mean time; look out for behavioural clues that she's not feeling well like squirts, high/low energy, and snappiness.

I would say yes. My 14pd dog got into 2 bags of chocolate in Christmas stockings. You could tell she overdosed. She could barely walk, and her eyes looked funny. I took her to the vet. All they do at the vet is give the dog charcoal. The charcoal makes them vomit, or poop to get rid of the chocolate.

It really depends on how much chocolate the dog ate and how long it was in the dog's stomach. I think if it did get it out of its body in time the dog would be just aokay. But I'm really not quite sure.

She needs to trow it up first and when she does you need to rush her to the vet. Chocolate is very deadly for dogs so when we eat chocolate i put my dogs up. Then mad sure there is none around anywhere so they will not eat it.

It depends what kind and how much. If she hasn't shown signs of raging diarrhea, vomiting, or lethargy she probably didn't eat enough to make her toxic. Just watch her for any signs of lethargy but I think she'll be just fine and be her own self.

Dogs, when given a choice prefer cheese or peanut butter.
Was your dog stoned and had the munchies?
