WAGE GARNISHMENT EXEMPTIONS: 90% of weekly net earnings if head of household; if single without dependents, 75%

They would first have to file suit and win to be able to garnish wages.

Call the city or county offices where you live or go talk to a lawyer. They have to leave you enough money to exist. As far as can they repo it! It all depends on what you owe for it and how long you have paid on it and if it would be worth the expense to them to go get it. If it is a newer one and worth alot of money then they will want it back to resell it. But like mine, they would only get a couple of thousand for it because it is a 1967. They wouldn't want it and would rather you pay it off if there is a way that you can.

For God sake. you in worry-free words purchase the domicile from the sellers. many of the cellular properties on sale are used. A repo has no longer something to do along with your purchase. that's no longer a house or foreclosures.
