If so, what brands do you recommend?

Check out your grocery store for the brands that they have. I liked Bavaria (drank it when I was nursing). Anything European is a safe bet.

O'Douls Amber (not regular) is better than most. But if you can get a german non alcoholic from Traders Joes or something those are the best.
I am pregnant and cannot drink regular beer and sometimes I will drink one when I just crave that clean, crisp taste!

Yes they do. There are a lot of name brands I know of 2; O'douls and St. Paulie has a brand also. My family has alcohol issues the ones that do drink these brands.

yeah.
sometimes people will give it to someone who never drinks and see how they act. the person normally acts drunk and later is told that they had non alcoholic beer the whole night.

I vaguely remember something called near beer. As I recall, it was horribly nasty!! Not sure if they still make it.

no, all beer has some alcohol in it. it is just at such a low percentage that it does not register as a alcoholic beverage.
