when new web pages open i always have to refresh to see contents, help?

You may have lots of temporary files. At the top of your internetbrowser you will see tools...click on that at the bottom of the box you must click internet options another box will open that will have in it delete files and delete cookies. Click on delete files to clear excess temporary files that accumulate when you visit websites and open pages.Delete cookies also.
