I don't know if there is much that you can do to help him physically. Burns and skin grafts require a lot of professional help. Try to research this sometime.
Emotional recovery, however, is an entirely different aspect of helping someone! One thing that I would suggest straight out is to treat him like a 100% normal person. People who have been hurt want to recover quickly and not be treated like children.
Talk to him about things he likes; try to take his mind of the burns/skin grafts. Ask him questions. Make him think about stuff. Tell him stories. Listen to what he has to say.
Whatever you do, do not stare at the burns with a look of disgust. Don't make him feel as if what happened has suddenly made him worse than everyone else.

Isolate him .. avoid touching him or having a contact with him ...
avoid being in the same room ...
You may catch the desease ...
you can talk to him on the phone ...
Hope for him a very fast recovery

let your cousin know you are there and love him. see if there is anything he wants you to do, get, or just be there to talk.
