see an allergists. Benadryll. Claratin. Cortisone spray, it works for me. Ice the bite or use a hair dryer to make it really hot, that's a quick fix that works for our family..

Drink 2 liters of water everyday, eat fresh fruits and vegetables, take cool showers twice a day, use insect sprays that have more than 50% DEET and that are safe for your skin, avoid wearing bright colors and scented soaps, perfumes, body lotion etc, ask your doctor for a non-itching cream, and keep your body hydrated.

I am allergic to insect bites too, but following these advices of my friend helped. I get less bites every week perhaps none or just up to 2 a week.

Benadryl pills by mouth. Best anti-itch there is over the counter! Cool compresses will help until the pills work, and liqiud Benadryl may work slightly faster.

Try using aloe vera gel, or you can use a leaf from an aloe vera plant just cut it down the middle long ways and rub it on your skin.

Use an insect repellent each time you will be going out for extended period. See your doctor and ask what medications they can prescribe for you.
